Week 4 Weigh In

So I only lost 1 pound in week 4 but that's ok because I know why. I kind of slacked at the gym, we had a party Friday so I used some of my extra week points, and we snacked last night and I used a lot of my extra week points. Bad idea to snack the day before a weigh in but oh well. Up to 8 pounds lost. Only 2 more to reach my 5% goal!! YAY!!!
